We stayed at TheOdora Apartment 4 people 4 nights. A housekeeper is a wonderful, helpful, positive people. Arriving Halime will give you a cell phone so that you can at any time to communicate with her. We used Halime shuttle service provision and were very pleased. Location beneficial if you plan to see the city. At the apartment is located near many shops where you can buy food, fruit. Apartment has all the facilities you need: washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, electric cooker, haird.

We’re provided with the mobile phone on arrival to contact Ms. Halima 24/7. We stayed 6 nights with 2 kids . There are many shops and restaurants available down the street. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazzar, sultan ahmet square all are in walking distance. Kumkapı distric restaurants ar. Everything was wonderful about the apartment and Halime who manages the building and is always present to help with any matter. We had the top floor apartment for 11 nights. It is comfortable, well equipped, cleaned everyday, and has a 180 degrees view, which includes the marmara and ships. The other two apartments in the building, which we saw durung our stay, are duplicates, except the first floor is a little smaller. Halime was terrific. When we asked for the location of a small mosque on th. I didn't expect much at first. Because good reviews turn out to be bad moment of my life in many times. But this place is an exception. It's not just good. It's EXCELLENT! I don't need to give an example because there are already many of them that you can read through. They are all true. And that's the only thing I can say. Being a solo traveller, I genuinely thank to Halime for giving such a great hospitality and friendliness. For 6 nights I spent at the apartment, I felt too soon to leave. Du. The position of these pleasant apartments would be very hard to improve on. The blue mosque is 3 minutes away, it is surrounded by friendly and varied restaurants of every description and the host, for that is exactly what she is rather than the owner, is completely delightful. She is helpful to a tee and speaks excellent english, Dutch and her own tongue, Turkish. If you need tablets, tickets or taxis, she will oblige. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We've been three nights in Istanbul, four persons (two couples abt 30). Our apartments were on the first floor. It is not very big but clean, comfortable with all necessary stuff even for long staying (incl all kitchen and laundry stuff) I would also like to thank the hotel manager Halime a very pleasant woman. She left us a local Turkish mobile phone, so we were able to contact her if we lose or need help - it was very thoughtful and nice! I would advise this place to friends!. Great newly renovated apartments! Roof top terrace for you to enjoy a drink! The kitchen had all you needed in it to make a meal. The host really thought of everything i.e washing powder, sewing kits, ironing boards! We stayed in both the economy and sea view apartment, economy was perfect for two people - compact. Everything is perfect in Theodora apartment, the apartment is very well located in the heart of the old town where you can visit all the monuments, it's clean, quiet and with an incredible view of the sea "halime "The owner is incredibly kind, she's reachable at any time of the day and available to give you all the help you need. The Orodora was the best place in hestorical area at Sultan Ahmed (shoping,arts,retorants,cafe, bookstore and close to point of seaboat explorer) The manager Mrs. Halime Ayaz was helpfull provided us a mobile when we did a trip while Istanmbul.Realy every thing was amazing. Very friendly and helpful host. She realy cares about her guests and speaks English and Dutch very well, due to here central european background. The appartments are brand new (spring 2013), with a nice roof terrasse with Marmara Sea view for romantic sundowner evenings. Everything was amazing and above expectation! especially Halima. The design and Service. The staircase is narrow. The fences at the roof top are lower which makes it dangerous for the small kids. Everything was perfect. I found none. Rather difficult to find if you are using your own transport but again Halime could not have been more helpful in guiding us in. Soundproofing not the best. Small bathroom sink and unconfortable tap. Not super easy to find. Better look on a map for the apartments street before to go. the bed had a structural problem (bottom fell out), but could be repaired. The unit is very tiny and the staircase is really tough if have luggage! Difficult to find because it has no signage. the apartment was too small. nothing.
