We stayed at this hotel for two nights on a recent visit to Istanbul. It was absolutely beautiful. I can not find any faults. It was just near sultan ahmet mosque, so perfect position for us. We have a view of 2/3 of the mosque from our balony. They had a cot in our room waiting for us and room was spacious enough to fit the cot and still have room to walk around. We had free unlimited Internet and a full buffet breakfast, high chair available with breakfast also. There was a free gym that had .
all reviews » The design of the hotel is very beautiful. Is very closed from the Blue Mosque and Aiea Sofia . around the hotel many good restaurants. Staff are very cooperative with the customers with immediate response. Tramway is very closed so you can reach all beautiful places. The price is fair. The breakfast is good and included with room price.I Loved the hotel and its location. The excellente location,friendly staff,the great design off the room,the breakfast.With other words: everything was perfect! Fantastic view with a balcony overlooking the garden. Located so close to the main historical sights, it took us less than 10minutes (and we walk fairly slow!) to reach the Blue mosque. Although the room was beautifully decorated, there was not enough wardrobe space, drawers and no dressing table. No service room after midnight. Small room very small placard. rooms tooooooo small. most staff didnt speak english and refered all questions to mehmet. Bad smell from bathroom. The room to small for two person the room serves is poor. No Privacy in the bathroom Price. Air condition week in the 4 th floor could not sleep. We specifically booked a de=luxe double room with Bath but on arrival were given a standard twin room , when we phoned reception they sent a man who pushed the beds together !!!!! we were told all the doubles were booked ,YES, BY US . We were never offered a refund or any other solution . Uncomfortable rooms (beautifull, but incofortable and very small) awfull service poor breakfast.
