Alcolar keban hotel was a great hotel in Istnbul. First of all,The location of the hotel is one of the best spots at Taxim. It is a lil bit away from night clubs and totally safe. Second,The staff were totaly freindly and copportive moreover,They are smiling all the time. Third, The breakfast buffet was suitable and delicious and the service is very good. The room is clean and suitable for families. No smell or dirty items were found. Other items like iron and iron board are available on demand.

The location is perfect. The staff was very pleasant and ready to help (since we were with kids, we wanted to change the room to a bigger room - they showed me 2 and I have transferred to a bigger room without any charge!). The breakfast was very good and the dining room is situated in the 8th floor, where a good view seen over the city. The hotel is well located right next to Taksim Square. The staff was very helpful. My room was quite comfortable and the facilities were up-to-date, including good Wifi connection. Breakfast was amazing. I would certainly stay at Alkoclar Kleban again. I've stayed 8 nights there with my family.. amazing hotel, very clean, the staff were so friendly and very very helpful, Enjoyed the Breakfast there <3, the hotel is just steps away to Taksim Square and to the Metro/bus stations... Hotel is situated very close to Takism square metro station and even closer to the main shopping street in Istanbul. Hotel has very nice terrace with the view for Taksim and Sea. The noise of the cars and outside people were able to be heard in the room only when you open the Window which makes your sleep a lil bit hard. The room is small however, it is just a hotel room. The receptionist insist to charge me for some Internationale calls we didn't make it ! he charged me for 45 and 29 mints internationals calls ! even the first call was made at 18:37 and the second call after it was 18:45 !! how come the first call was 45 mints !!!! but he said this is computer system we never touch it ! so I felt there is some game playing around ! and this is not descent from big hotel !!!!. Breakfast were very limited. the only one thing i dont like is the towels its really consumed and you will think twice before using it. the room is small, and the bed was tiny, and uncomfortable. they advertised as turkey bath free but is not when you asked for it, they send you to the payment office. Also wifi is very poor. the room is little small and 1 elevatore is not enought for the hotel. No complaints. When we booked the hotel we paid by credit card & it was not made very clear to us that the booking was not taken from my card at the timr of. Booking & that we would have to pay on arrival and the price would be subject to the exchange rate on arrival rather than at the point of. Booking this could have caused a problem if I did not have my credit card with me as I do not always carry it with me when I am travelling. The breakfast buffet was so limited. Size of standard room, i can't get better room in other hotel with the price i payed. Small room. nothing to complain about. elevator is too slow...only 1 for 9 floors hotel. Carpets were very dirty in the rooms. The lift is very slow. - only location - very very small rooms ... The smallest hotel room I ever stayed in my life - bed & mattress not comfortable - dirty carpets , dirty bathroom ... No even a 2 stars cleaness standard - I reserved a family room but they told me it is not available & there is an error on letsbookhotel.com so they gave me two small double rooms. one elevator is not enough for this hotel. It is the 3 rd time I stayed at this hotel and I asked for upper floor room when I did my booking but the gave again 1st floor (noisy) so I am very dissapointed from the hotel managment si I will think twice in my next trip if I will stay again at this hotel. every thing was rather fair but the room was too small to be stayed even for one day. - When we arrived we booked 2 connected rooms for 6 person and we surprised that they give us 2 rooms only for 4 person - the rooms is very small - the brekgast is not good and the staff is not friendly. Narrow and small room. Hotel rooms were too small. Very bad location for taksim prostration and violation I didn't recommend for any body for non safety issues and the hotel can't help you in any thing. Breakfast buffet. Breakfast was very basic ands coffee was lower that basic level. The room offered was not available on arrival (at 20:00!!!) and even when it was ready, a double room with 2 extra beds was provided as a "family" room with 4 beds!. Guest policy, very plain rooms, unprofessional staff and the setting... The interance smell was very bad The smell of the toilets circlation was stinky Very noisy environment The heaters were open while we didn't need them Rooms are too small.
