was ok! Nice location direct at the beach! Nice big breakfast choice and
restaurant direct near the beach! Transfer was good organized from the
airport and also busses available to Patong beach for ex..... All

The resort was very pleasant, we stayed at a three bedroom villa with a private pool, which was cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied with an acceptable selection. There were two other pools at the property which the kids enjoyed besides the pool in the villa. The place is very quiet and relaxing if you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money. A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. We love the place. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.
