We only stayed one night, so I cannot say so many things, but everything was ok! Nice location direct at the beach! Nice big breakfast choice and restaurant direct near the beach! Transfer was good organized from the airport and also busses available to Patong beach for ex..... All together nice!. The hotel has a very good seaside location. Very comfortable transfer service. The cleaning and water in the room were every day. We really enjoyed our time there and we will recommend this hotel to our friends!.

Very relaxing well priced resort, good beach, excellent pools, good food and close to some local shops and restaurants - perfect relaxing holiday spot - family friendly. The facilities in general were good and staff very friendly and helpful. Location is far away from busy and noisy street, so it is adequate for peace and tranquility. Me and my family liked the place itsfacing the oocean and my kids enjoyed the pool. .breakfast was good. .everything went well. its a very relaxing place with its private beach.. i really amuse eating breakfast each morning on the beach. I missed a bit a direct small shoppingstreet next to the hotel.....but not so important because we checked out Patong beach.... Wi-fi could be everywhere in the hotel for free. The staff in the restaurants was not very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Patong or Phuket town should be more frequent. However, if you just like to relax by the quiet beach, this is not an issue. WiFi free only in Lobby Breakfast variety poor 7 days the same selection of foods. WIFI in rooms and some other activities like billards, body surf,... are not free. Nothing. The roads around the hotel seem to be under renovation, so it was an endless bumping and rattling to reach and depart from the hotel. Far away from shopping and restaurants if you do not wish to use only the hotel facilities. There is no wi fai...it's seems that you are isolated and away from technology. nothing. Breakfest was very expensive so we didnt take it. Nothing. Nothing. Had to argue to get the pre-ordered room. Full of Russians. Nothing,totally are excellent. The web site did not mentioned the second restaurant was closed. Aircon very loud and shower presure low. The jacuzzi needs to be charged. The hotel had a power outage problem due to hotel power upgrades . We didn't have any AC from 9am up to 6pm. No facilities for customers like water, swiming pool or ... Far Away from city, road to hotel is very bad, no elevator, no free internet, not enough hot water for the shower .

Located just a few steps from your spot by the lobby and the beach, Jamba Juice Seafood Grill & Bar offers light snacks during lunch. However, during winter time, it turns into the ultimate seafood grill and is open for dinner, serving fresh seafood dishes. Jamba is located by the beach in front of the spa and wellness centre.
