  The hotel is lovely. Staff are very friendly and try hard to please. Breakfast is abundant and varied. The location is better if you're driving, but fine if you're not. It's about a 5 or 10 minute walk across a bridge to get downtown and to the night market.   P1 was such a pleasant surprise. It was the cheapest place I stayed in in Thailand but the most luxurious. The staff were so helpful, even when there were language difficulties they were very friendly and tried to help us. Tanakorn, the manager / owner made us feel really welcome. He checked in with us everyday and went the extra mile by giving us... what people say » a lift to the bust station when we were leaving. He also drew little maps to help us find our way around town. We liked the pool table and relaxed at - If you find better value for money in Thailand I'd be very surprised. I know a lot of them by now (but of course not all of them) and this one stands out. Staff is determined to make the stay perfect, there is always someone around who can speak English. The WiFi problem mentioned by some has been SOLVED. There is now a router on every floor so no connection problems any more (I was on the 5th). A must stay in Phitsanulok if you are looking for a modern comfy place to stay and don't need a poo

  Very friendly check in staff Large room with v comfortable big double bed. Ac was quiet and cold. Room service food was simple, well prepared and cheap with fast delivery. In house thai massage was one of the best I had. - Nothing we stayed 30 minutes then moved out to another hotel.
