The apartment was large and nice. The address received by e-mail was not correct (Cramerstrasse 12, instead of Cramerstrasse 2-6), a lightbulb was defective in the stairs, there were no information about where to leave the keys.

Damage Deposit: Please note that Vision Apartments requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is CHF 1500. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Please note that Vision Apartments has no reception in the building. The check in takes place at Vision Apartments’ office, at Steinmühleplatz, 8001 Zurich. From Zurich Main Train Station it is reachable within an 8-minute walk or by trams 6, 7, 11, 13 and 17. Get off at the Rennweg stop and head towards the Jelmoli Shopping Centre. Office hours are Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00. Guests arriving outside office hours are kindly asked to contact Vision Apartments in advance to arrange a check-in time and place. The guests can gather keys at a key box in front of the office free of charge or for an additional cost at the airport, upon prior request. Please provide photo ID: Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Access: Please note that access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for weekly cleanings and repairs by a technician.
