It was a very pleasant surprise to find out that this economical place was so nice! People there are very very welcoming, people that stay and those who use the bar/restaurant downstairs were really friendly. A safe, central, clean, economical and with a good vibe! all reviews We loved the comfortable bed, the bathroom with the heated floor, the outstanding food in the cafe downstairs, and the exceptionally friendly staff. The pension was clean, quiet and not all that far from the train station. The Room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The people at the bar who check you in are polite and kind. The place is nice and clean, most importantly safe for a single female traveller. Spacious and clean. The decor was a bit dated, but I didn't mind. Nice location and cool bar downstairs. The floors are very squeaky but does not affect the overall stay, its value for money. No air conditioning and only one bathroom per apartment, but it's ok for the price paid. Not very well sign posted - you have to get your key from the cafe below the rooms. 3 rooms share one bathroom (which was fine - very clean facilites) but the floorboards in the shared hall area are incredibly nosey as where the ones in the room, wouldn't recommend to a light sleeper. No breakfast option, very creaky floorboards, but not a big deal. No TV in room. Check in through cafe was a bit challenging. N/A. As most hotel/restaurant are, staffs work in both hotel and restaurant so dont expect much help from them. They are busy serving food and I feel guilty if I wanna ask for recommended places to go and eat while they are serving food or making drinks Room floor are wobblerly and make noises when walk around. So be prepared to be disturbed but nextdoors. dust on the floor.. noisy wooden floor..noisy stair... no sound insulation.. depends on what kind of people you share with...we shared with a couple and they threw away a bag of rubbish in the common room (we check in at 16:00)..which is smelly...no staff collect until we check out at next day morning 11:00 common bathroom cleaness was fair but there is a window which people living at the other side can look into our bathing tub ...... There weren't any fans in the bedrooms, fridges or cooking facilities. For the price, we were expecting at least one of these. Also, reading the description, we weren't made aware of anything listed. Their staffs attitude are not friendly toward customers. Moreover, the door of room is difficult to lock that is very danger.
