  Beautifully clean and comfortable. View of Lake and mountains fantastic. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff variable. Breakfast somewhat limited ie scrambled eggs main choice, but plenty of fresh fruit etc. Busy road between lake and hotel but double glazing very effective and quieter at night. Would recommend and return.... what people say » - Excellent location. I took the lake view on the sixth floor…… priceless!!!!!!! The receptionist Luca was very very nice and funny (a great sense of humour! He really lightens up your mood!!!). Great hotel!

  Please read my comments very well and you will be satisfied. If you have a car, this hotel is the best, it's at the second side of the lake but amazing and the best view ever. Far 12-15 minuts by car from center of Lugano. Wonderful and well prepared for children, especially in spring/summer season. If you dont have a car, it's difficult to move w... what people say » ithout Taxis. So my advice, rent a car and chose this hotel. Near to Italian campione, take a free bike from the hotel and have a tour around While in - our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and i found the pool area to be very clean and well kept. We did not stay long enough (2 nights) to take advantage of the pingu/pinocchio facility but it was nice to have the option. The kitchen facility in the room was very useful and the beds provided for the children was just right. We found the breakfast buffet wonderful.

  Mostly things and services were excellent and to the level of our expectation. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, speaking all possible languages, when needed... Making small favors for us when asked (well 4 star hotel and price probably included that :-) )
