Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!. Nice rooms, fantastic view over the Lake. Our dog accepted in the room - but not in the restaurant even for breakfast which I think is a minus. Very quiet, a nice park just beside. The cable-car middle stop from the city center to Orselina near by. Parking - for 12 € / night- with direct access to hotel. Nice well equipped SPA (Sauna, Laconium, in-outdor pool, turkish bath inculded), MAssage, beauty-center . Good breakfast-buffet.
