Quaint little B&B tastefully furnished with a lovely courtyard. Breakfast is self-service, simple yet delicious, makes for a good start to the day. Genuine hospitality from the hosts, despite the language barrier, we found them to be very warm & welcoming. Complimentary hot drinks are available in the guest lounge where there is a mini library of books, magazines & helpful informational brochures for tourists.

The room was nice and clean and quiet, the location is amazing -- right in the old town, just up from the Piazza Grande. Breakfast very nice. WiFi good (better if you bring a cable to plug in). Nice little room with coffee/tea and TV and a beautiful little courtyard area. :) Would definitely come back to this hotel!!. Oasis of calm in a perfect location in the old town and close to everything. Mauri was great and super welcoming. Breakfast and use of tea room was appreciated. Theme room quite adequate and full of character. This was a perfect stay after a long hike trip. Owners of hotel are very welcoming and charming. Our room was large with a small balcony overlooking the square. There is no bath but a very good shower. Nice touches like providing glasses when they saw we had wine. Thoroughly recommend . We were instantly and continuously made to feel at home with the delightfully friendly owner, the simple, comfortable and slightly quirky establishment, the ideal location, and the tasty breakfasts. Slightly far from the train station so bit of a struggle to drag luggage all the way there & up a steep slope... Nothing! Loved it!. Room was a bit tight, upstairs corridor narrow, a bit overpacked with furniture and hard to navigate with luggage. a bit hot in summer. Expensive for the bare-bones furnishings and minimalist breakfast. They also have a bad cancellation policy -- most other places let you cancel 24-48 hours in advance, but this hotel requires a week. Since I came for hiking, and the weather was terrible, this meant that I wound up paying 80 chf for a night I didn't stay.
