They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Service was amazing--especially the woman at the front desk and the woman who helped with breakfast. They let me borrow an electric outlet adaptor at no charge for the duration of my stay. Love the virtually lakeside location. Rooms were also well-appointed, attractively modern, and clean. LOVED the comforter and mattress. Last but not least, the chocolate syrup cake at the restaurant on the ground floor was possibly the best dessert I've had in Europe.
