One of the best hotels I have stayed in this category.location, spacious room. It was a very centrally located and modern hotel.geographical position in Lucerne. Central location. Nice Location. Near to the Luzern Bahnhof. We enjoyed our stay. Thebreakfast was excellent also dinner.Very friendly staff and excellent location. The room was basic but comfortable and very well cleaned.Very close to the railstation. Can stay in better hotels for the same price. 4 star rating needs a complete review.The rooms was small and the beds was not so style for the moneythat I payed. - very poor cleaness of the room and in particular of the bathroom - Internet did not work - breakfast very poor - not possible to modifie the booking 10 days in advance!!!!!!!. The staff refused to let us park our car during our stay statting that there is no space. When we protested the staff let us park the car, there is four empty car parks in the garage. The csrpet is stick and dirty. The room is small and overpriced. Whereas Hotel Krebs Interlaken is very good.
