Our modern, completely renovated 4-star hotel enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Lucerne.

The Quality Hotel Central is only a 3-minute walk from the main train station, the lakeshore promenade, the old town and the Culture and Congress Centre, surrounded by Lucerne’s main shopping streets. The quiet city park “Vögeligärtli” is nearby.

Our first-class Italian Restaurant Barbarella is a very popular place among the locals. For smaller banquets and meetings, two beautiful rooms for up to 100 people are available.

Staff were super helpful. very convienient, close to railway station. comfortable.The staff were warm, friendly and helpful throughout the stay. close to center of the town. Location is good.
all reviews We could not stay in the hotel as the rooms were overbooked. They arranged for a different hotel.Breakfast was rather bland. I complained about the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working, and was assured it will be looked at, unfortunately it wasnt, until we moved out 3 days later. The breakfast was inadequate for a 4 star hotel.the comfort is not the comfort of a 4 star hotel, and the rooms are too expensive for the poor comfort that the hotel can offer. Rooms are very small, and it was very noisy.
