The central and very peaceful location in Grindelwald with wonderful views from the balcony. The layout of the room (402) could not have been better and perfectly suited our needs. Breakfast and evening meals were very well presented, and Rita was exceptional in greeting and overseeing everybody's individual requirements, including specialist dietary needs, with confidence and a professional capability in all languages.
