  It is a great hotel with very efficient, friendly staff. The rooms are very well kept, the beds have crip linen, the bathrooms are spanking new. We really enjoyed every bit of our stay.   Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  The hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations of a three star hotel. The staff were not only professional but also welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was top class and the evening meal delicious. Good location for ski bus and gondola.
