  The recpetion went out of their way to find me an adapter to use my computer and I alos found them very imformative on places to go and see. - Friendly staff, easy walk to train station, the lake, shopping, etc. Clean room, good breakfast.

  We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could goeverywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who likemodern architecture! - the staff treatment and the strange furniture

  Luzern is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there. We had a good sized room and the staff were very helpful. Parking is underneath the hotel. It was a better than the average Ibis. The train station is only a 7 min walk from the hotel and it takes only 4 min to get into Luzern. The hotel is only a short drive from the Mt Pilatus cable car. ... what people say » - Very clean and comfortable. This hotel is 7 mins walk (in the direction to a car showroom, a large white tent) from Kriens Mattenhof train station, just one stop from Lucerne central station. Mount Pilatus is very near, you can reach by a bus to the funicular point of mt. Pilatus.

  Location was outstanding in the middle of old town Lucern. Getting there was very easy by car and a car park right across the street from the hotel. Great restaurants and pastry shops close by so you don't need to have dinner or breakfast at the hotel if you don't want. Wifi was fast. Bed was comfortable and large as was the bathroom. The price was so much cheaper for the quality and loca - We stayed in room 402, which was one of the rooms with a balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Close to all major sights and train station, but all the shops are on the other side of the river. Although we did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, is looked very nice and were full every night. Will definitly recommend the hotel to budget travellers!!

  The owners were very hospitable and went out of their way to help us with travel information, booking taxi etc. The breakfast was of good quality. The rooms are all newly done and clean. - Very nicely decorated - feels like a 'W"-hotel! Very impressed with the use of new technologies (i.e. blinds; internet). Very clean!

  The location is about 10 mins from Lucerne main train station, easily found. I stayed in a private three-bed room which was beond expectation. From the review I learnt that the 3-bed room will have one king-size bed and a single bed on top it so the third person will need to climb to sleep, but my room was quite large, with the single bed not hang... what people say » ing on top of the king-size bed. The bathroom was big enough, door was not transparent as reviewed previously and can be locked from inside. Bed sheet - It is really good value for money in Switzerland! Moreover it is not so far from main sightseenigs. The rooms have air conditions, tv and wifi. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is the same as you can see from the hotel's pictures. Many people wrote that rooms were small and it's inconvenient. I think that for 1-3 nights it's ok. It is a place to spend nights because the rest of the time you will walk around this wonderful city - Luzern!

  Having stayed at the hotel previously and arriving very late in the evening the night porter was very efficient and the need to register on arrival was not necessary as details were available from the last visit. The hotel is clean and very hospitable and I would recommend it and will certainly return to the hotel next time I vist Lucerne. - Good ... what people say » location - right next to the Hauptbahnhof and very near to Kapellbrucke.
