We loved our room which was spacious with a great balcony. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The location was nice....close enough to walk to attractions but away from the very busy areas. Convenient and free parking and pleasant staff. Nice location, very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful bedroom at front of hotel. Dining hall and breakfast service. Nice historical building, good public areas, good location. Breakfast. Too expansive, the breakfest could be better for the price. Attitude of youngest of the ladies at front room reception desk. She appears to have racial bias. Stairs up to reception. 33 Celsius and no aircon or water in room. Hot breakfast buffet poor. Paid wifi only. No tea, coffee or fridge in room. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The facilities were poor. The location details were misleading. The cost for the quality was outrageous.
