Lucerne is a beautiful town with a very pleasant atmosphere, people are very friendly. Hotel Weinhof is well located just minutes away on foot from the old town. Staff was helpful and friendly. They made sure my meals were guten free as needed. Very convenient to the center of Luzern and the train station.

The price, too high for the quality of the hotel (maybe due to the Swiss price levels). A TV with only Swiss channels. It should be quite standard to propose some main European channels.
