The locality to Gare Cornavin was very convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable and offered more than we'd expected in terms of e.g. comfort, facilities. Dining room was warm and welcoming, breakfast was nice.Proximity to the train station was a huge plus - and the airconditioningallowed us to enjoy a quiet night in comfort above a busy street.all reviews
My room and the kindness of the staff.Having a kettle in room to make tea. The hotel was spotless, well-equipped, had an excellent breakfast, efficient and friendly staff, some historic character, was close to the station and Lac Leman. With the discounted rate it was well worth the money for a tired business traveller.Convenient location, very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, large roomand large bathroom.Good location, nice staff. Noisy street outside at night - another time would choose a room on other side of hotel away from the train station. The beds were two singles put together as a double but still made up as singles which for the price of the hotel, is unacceptable is you are paying for a double. Beds were far too soft too. Overall hotel was in good location but expensive.It will be good if internet service is free.Decoration taking place in the hotel smell of paint not notified before arrival. Pillows are to soft.its about 15% more expensive than other similar hotels. Breakfast not as good as the other hotels that I stayed in Switzerland, not much varities. Coffee, however, coming from the coffee machine, which is nice and hot. The room and central area are smaller than expectation.People at front desk. Room airless and hotel overheated. Having stayed 4 nights, the hotel did not once replace the shower get and shampoo despite my requesting it from reception.
