nice, great staff,very friendly. the staff. Friendly service, general efficiency.It is very convenient for the main train station and easy to find, thanks to the hotel map and the fact that the hotel sign is large and lit up at night.I particularly liked having a room at the back (quieter) and having a balcony with a table and chairs.I also appreciated being in a non- smoking hotel.

Our 4th floor twin room was modest but not cramped. Location excellent for transport and a short walk from the centre. Lift. Unlimited buffet breakfast. Reception was helpful and multi-lingual.easy to find, staff pleasant, room clean. too expensive. Non-smoking room.The walls are quite thin so unfortunately it's can be easy to hear the next rooms T.V, / loud talking. If you're in a room near the lift you also clearly hear the noise of the lift going up/ down.I was ok with this, but it might not suit a light sleeper.No aircon in our 4th floor twin room. No wifi, or if there was it wasn't advertised.
