Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also it helped that staff we dealt with all spoke English. We were also given a travel card each which gave unlimited free travel on all the public transport within the city of Geneva. This we used more than once.They granted an early check in although I was told that i won't be able to check in early, but they did their best and that was very satisfying for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great.

Ideal for local transport, close to the station, at the centre of the bus terminus. Hotel was very pleasant and we would stay there again, we had the standard room on a non smoking floor.I have stayed at the hotel on previous occasions and this was a factorin choosing it on this latest visit to Geneva. However, the roomallocated this time exceeded expectations.Very comfortable central airconditionedrooms, a spacy bathroom, the breakfast is abundant and the stuff is very friendly and helpful.The staff wass excellent and the room was very good - just across from the station - very convinient. But all was fine otherwise.Only that the promised complementary newspaper failed to materialise on our second day. the fact that people were able to smoke indoors. disgusting and inconsiderate!. nothing. The neighbourhood around the station is essentially Geneva's red light district, not very pleasant for wandering around at night!. I could not receive a receipt at the check out.No tea coffee facilities in the room.You certainly need to improve your cooked breakfasts,the plates and the food was cold.I did mention this to the waiter.The internet could be free and the breakfast with more options.The only thing that could have been better would to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Ask in advance-they are reconstructing the upper floors during the dayand if you are in your hotel room you may feel like you are in aconstruction zone-they were drilling all day right above my room. That is a disadvantage for a 4 star hotel I think, because the price of the room is pretty high comparing to the prices in Europe, but in Geneva the price is avarage.The reception and concierge could be more helpful; if you don't ask, they do not give any information, and they give short answers without any details.We thought the rooms were older and the furniture/decor could be updated. During our last trip, we stayed at the Cornavin Hotel, also through your site. They gave us really nice rooms on the 8th floor, which were bright and well furnished. Overall, we liked the service better at the Warwick, but prefer the rooms in the Cornavin, which were even less expensive.I felt cheated by being charged SFr 28 pp for Bredakfast because I had not signed a piece of paper at Check-in. All the indications in the room were that the charge is SFr 24 pp. When I remonstrated at Check-out, I was told that this is their policy. I said that I had been robbed. I still think so and will not use Hotel Warwick again.
