Even though reception was closed when wearrived we were able to access the room and check in next day. It's an apartment, full equipped. Good location, very close to the lake sights and easy to go to the old town. Highly recommended!. accesible to city. Spacious room. the location was very near the lake, Inside the hotel it was nice and peaceful/well reserved and the apartment was very large with everything you would need for a self cateing stay,Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location. Helpful staff. Really in the center, near to the public tranports. (Near to Starbucks... so you can use "free internet" if you have a laptop !!! ;). Room facilities and location, very convenient to the centre, shopping area and main train station.Nice, tidy room with friendly staff. large clean comfortable room. Nice location. Location was excellent, close to the lake, and central to all the main attractions. Staff was really helpful since was stay was delayed due to to bad weather conditions in Paris, I called them at 8.30 pm on a friday night!!! and they nicely changed my booking. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to the station and all major atractions. We really enjoyed our stay and definetly recomend the hotel to our friends. The large room and the area he in. very center in the city. All i asked don in nice wey.position, staff helpfulness, comfort, kitchenette with good facilities. Love the location, kitchenette, bidet, deep bath-tub and big windows. The excellent location and well equipped rooms.location, comfort, cleanliness. Location was superb. One block from the Jet d'Eau. One block from the main tramlines. Walking distance to so much. Geneva is a very expensive town. This hotel was definitely one of the more cost-effective steps on our trip. Be sure to ask for the free travel pass at check-in. It was not offered to us until we inquired about it. You will need it to visit UN, Red Cross etc.Excellent location - on the doorstep of the lake, fountain and 10 minutes from bus and train station - even get a free transport pass for bus and trains!! Fully stocked kitchenette, supermarket nearby, so a reasonably priced en suite retro room. Very nice and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.Very convenient for city centre and lake. Ideal for one-night stay.Good view of fountain from end of street Studio style with cooking facilites/kettle ideal for Brits who like own morning tea or coffee.Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff, particularly the girls at the Reception. The Studio (46) was clean and comfortable, good value. The fully equipeed kitchenette with all necessary facilities, the size of the room and the location of the hotel.the location and the quality of the hotel staff to inform me as a tourist of sight seeing and local information. It has a great location, very close to the shopping area and to thelandmarks!. Location, kitchen, close to transport. the location (in the center). location. ability to have meals in the hotel as eating out is quite expensive and having to eat out every night would have made the short trip quite expensive, especially when you consider that this is a budget accomodation.1. The location of the hotel is very good location. 2. The small studio had eveything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay.Large studio, with kitchenette. Large closets. Comfortable sofa.Excellent location. Helpful reception. Fully equiped kitchen. The rooms were large. The proximity of the hotel to the lake.We enjoyed its great location and its helpfull staff.the facilities in the kitchen, location. The staff were kind.comfortable price. Central location. the position. Location of the hotel is very good as it is very close to the center of Geneve. Also, the price that I got through LetsBookHotel.com was fair enough. The room was pretty large, and it has a kitchenette. Though the room faced the main street, there was no noise. It is central, near buses etc.the studios are comfortable and they dispose of useful amenities such as water boiler, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and microwave.Large spacious apartment with good facilities with little road noise and near the lake.own kitchen; really close to everything, in the centre of the city; nice rooms. the reception staff and the manager were very helpful. location close to the centre and the lake. I suggest the maid make the bed everyday.Clients should be automatically asked if they want a "Geneva Pass" so they can travel free on all the Geneva transport which is excellent. would have been nice to have a few more English speaking tv channels, bbc prime and cnn were about the only ones available.Old furnitures...Though very clean and in perfect order, the room looked a bit dated in terms of furnishings and decoration.should prove little bit of refreshements(Tea, coffee, biscutes etc.) for the comfort of guests.it's noisy, particularly if you have a room on the main street side. You can also hear your neighbors coughing, and I could not find a corkscrew to open my bottle of swiss wine. It's clean, but the equipment such as the iron, boiler..I litle noise becose he is on otostrada. 2 window not inagh....No more nights available for us!. Ask for rooms at back of hotel as hotel fronts a busy street and rooms at front would be extremely noisy.the rooms on Versonnex (very busy street) street side are noisy so the windows need to be closed at night. This is a budget hotel make no mistakes. But the helpfulness of staff, and the cleanliness of the studio were well above par. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! We booked a double which was actually two twin beds together. We coped and our relationship probably flourished. Geneva is a very romantic spot.Bit noisy if you're not used to traffic noise! Didn't clean room every day.Despite double glazing, street-facing rooms very noisy from traffic. Would inisist on rear-facing in future. The sides / bottom of the bed protuded, so we seemed to be constantly knocking agst them. There was no cleaning during our whole stay - 5 days. The only thing good about the breakfast was the staff service: we paid40 chf for some bread, butter and coffee! I seriously don't recommedbreakfast having a starbucks two blocks away!!. Internet access was too expensive. that no one was at the reception between 10 pm and 7am. room smelled quite smokey, but that didn't bother us too much. The small studio was quite old and looked like it needed a renovation.Geneva is very expensive, and also any hotel there.very limited parking space. if the cleaner staff could ready the room at exact time. Because we arrived late and very tired and it is already 5,00 pm. and the room is not yet ready.Few english channels on tv. The big cost of a breakfast.Breakfast was too little for too much money (20CHF/pers for a yogurt, a croissant, a pice of cheese and a gem). And the gentleman from the reception charged us for the breakfast more that initially said (10CHF/pers).Moreover,we have asked him to book us for another night at the end of the week,as we were leaving Geneve for a few days. When we came back we found out that he did not reserve the room. The furniture is very old and needs replacing, as well as the wall to wall carpet.Decor looking tired; needs a little TLC.no 0-24 reception, thin walls..., only twice-a-week cleaning. house cleaning was done only twice a week. room was little bit out of date, especially bathroom need to be rebuilt.
