Nice hotel, in walking distance of lake, shops and public transport. Friendly staff, nice clean room. Very good value for money! Small restaurant, the club sandwich is well worth trying!!! Free public transport for the duration of your stay!. The staff was helpful and multilingual, and the location was good, not too long a walk from the train station (if you have only a small backpack like we did). The room was adequate for our one night stay.

Dreadful Tv did not work Only one staff on reception : several others were also held up when one staff had to process a party of koreans. so took one hour before moved to another room. After inconveniencing me for an hour I was then told that wi if would be 40 Swiss francs even though I only wanted it for 1 night - I would know the password for the other night was the explanation. No restaurant bar (under refurbishment for my stay) Variation between running hot/cold water was a little hard to maintain Breakfast/Wi-Fi not incl. - The lack of own parking spot is an issue, if you arrive by car (and not by plane). The hotel does have some own parking area, but it can fit only 4-5 cars. - Some basic comodities lack in the rooms (ex.: All TV channels are pay per view). - The personnel was relatively less friendly. Room 502 smelt like people had been smoking in there for years. The wifi did not work well from the room, quite a problematic issue for business tourists. T.V didn't work well 15 min late on a wake up call. very few TV channels, expensive to access cable TV, including channels in English. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. TV was difficult to operate. The hotel does not employ enough staff. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to check in and almost 30 minutes to check out. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful but overworked and stressed. I had the impression that working conditions are not good. Work was being done in the hotel, it smelled of paint in the lobby, which was a real turn off. The noise of work being done was also unpleasant. The phone in our room did not work for the entire time we were there, circuit trouble. Toilet and shower area are two separate room. It would be nice if they are next to each other. Thery are reforming the hotel, so you can wake up at 8 am coz of the noise of the renewing. 1. They change towels and sheets every day, but generally the floor and the bathroom are not very clean 2. if you eat there or buy anything, for something that costs 10 franks you have to pay 10 euros instead of 8.20 euros. expensive breakfast buffet that was cold, not replenished, and the staff started to clear things away before the time allocation was up. The bedsofa in the suite was very poor standard. Need more staff at the front desk and room service... Only one person is doing all!. The hotel was under construction nobody told us so.no flat tv as was mentioned in letsbookhotel.com. Very outdated, very loud (you could hear many other people in the hallway and other rooms). Staff was not very passionate. The wifi is very expensive. The breakfast is not free. It is not exactly how you hope for a four star hotel. WiFi was not working. Regret not paying more for a hotel, closer to airport, saving on expensive taxi fare. Expected breakfast to be included for the price. Price 26 Sfr. for Breakfast.And then a very poor buffet 20 Sfr.for internet other hotels provide this free of charge in the room price. Room size. sad dining room living room undergoing remodel. Don't look like what is shown in site of letsbookhotel.com . Because it's old hotel . Wifi was advertised but I had to pay it separately.
