Hotel is very clean. Nice room. Very good location for access to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Solid breakfast included in price which meant a good value. Free overnight parking on side streets.

Need to better mark loading and unloading area. Hard to spot.

The reception was friendly and helpful from the start, the room was clean, generously sized, and comfortable, free breakfast was lovely (try the yogurt with honey and jam!) and there was free wireless internet. Couldn't ask for a better budget hotel.

They charged us a 10 chf processing fee (or some kind of fee) upon check-out; I was not aware they'd do that, and being on a very tight budget, it was slightly upsetting - not anything worth making a scene over, though :) Other than that, no complaints!

Wi-fi didn't work during our last day at the hotel. Poor breakfast. We stayed in triple room and third bed was like a bed for children, not so comfortable like those real beds. Room is too small. There aren't shampoo and shower caps in the bathroom. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room.

The rooms are clean. The heating is very good for January. The location is central.

Everything is so basic - it's like a hotel from 20 years ago. The single room is small with a single bed. Only small desk and one chair in the room - not comfortable if you need to work. The bathroom facilities are few (soap, etc.). The breakfast is very basic. I expect more from a 100$ a night hotel. Problem is, hotels in Geneva are high cost so I guess I expected too much.

Mostly I like the location, because it 's extremely near the train, tram and bus stations. Secondly, the breakfast is good and the Wi-Fi is free.

The location in the Center and the quality of the beds

Privacy (availability of curtains in the bathroom) was limited. Breakfast was unsatisfactory (very limited choice of food and drinks; no warm bacon or eggs)

The hotel was only a short walk from the train station and it's easy to get to the airport from there.

The room simply wasn't up to scratch. The TV didn't work, the free internet advertised was so slow as to be unusable, it was against the street and so was very noisy and there was no hot water available in the morning.

Wrong information supplied about a "triple room"with additional bed supplied at extra cost.This was actually a double room with an extra bed.The receptionist said "you should have rung up the hotel".Why do you advertise this as a triple room then?No hot water in the morning.Rude receptionist who carried on a conversation from behind a partition at the front desk

Room was tiny measured 2.4 x 3.0m. No lounge in hotel, no tea/coffee or room service facilities. Room was hot and stuffy - but you could open the window. A lot of noise internally and externally.
