That the hotel was located in the center of the city and near themotorway/autostrada. Privat car park. Breakfast buffet was very good. Lovely old place, charming owners, very large comfortable airy room. location, staff, breakfastroom. The room was lovely!. Quiet location in old town. The Bar and the location, very close to the shops and entertainment.We were given one of the "new rooms", which turned out to be a lounge and separate bedroom. The lounge area had a bed-settee and a small kitchen area (although we only made use of the fridge). The hotel is situated in a very good position in the Old Town, but is only a short walk for the New Town and Railway station and other transport facilities. We were lucky to get one of the brand new refurbished rooms. Theequipment was modern and comfortable.The location of the hotel, cleanliness and general feel of the hotel. Service at the reception. Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice modern room. Location in town very convenient. The desk clerk was most friendly and helpful. Also the location (right next to the old town center) was really good. They had a large and wonderful breakfast. friendly helpful staff,v pleasant place. position in old town- views. On the site you offered smoking and non smoking room, while in hoter are just non smoking rooms. Only criticism no tissues in room ,otherwise satisfied. Our room was so small. We had 2 twin beds, on opposite walls, and 1 suitcase fit in the small entry hall, and the other suitcase fit on a chair. room was very small not much room fro 2 to move about. We agreed to get a 3 person room for 2 adults and 2 kids - thanks for the hotel for this possibility. We were promised an extra pillow and blanket etc. The pillow was moist and the blanket came without sheets. A small thing, though, overall. It was very hot (outside +30 C) and the room therefore also was hot. Opening windows in the night meant listening to lots of church bells. staff and rooms. small room, small bed, small TV, no english tv programmes.
