Central Location. No Reception when arriving at 3.30pm! Doors Locked. No Breakfast even though booked with - not advised. Charged my parents when I put on the booking for me to pay. Rude staff - unwelcoming. No breakfast available in the area on Sunday. Absolutely dreadful place.
