  The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. One room was a suite, large living room with large patio and and kingsize bedroom.... what people say » The other room was the same size bedroom and both bathrooms were fantastic. Large showers, huge step into baths, lots of closets and separate toilets - Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.

  Everything. Price for the dinner buffet a bit expensive, but excellent food and service. Best dinner buffet ever. - Excelent service , a real 5 stars Hotel with spacy Rooms . Beautiful layout with a nice Arabesque Architecture.

  We like the hotel very much. It was the second time we have stayed. Itsclose to a lovely sandy beach and has an excellent outdoor and indoorpool. It is in a fairly quiet and unspolit area and the hotel provides aregular, free bus service to Valencia. The breakfast buffet wasfabulous. The hotel also has a spa (although we didn't use it,but itlooked ... what people say » lovely). The sea view from our room was great - Excellent location right next to a fabulous beach, out of town but with a regular courtesy shuttle bus into the centre of Valencia.

  The staff was very friendly and you could always bother them with any questions about the city and what to visit. We could also make reservation for certain attractions such as the Ciudad de las Ciencias - The quality and price of the hotel and the service. It was easy to access the centre of Valencia.

  The hotel was a wonderful place to relax. The room was one of the best I have stayed in, the staff were friendly, the food was first class though the cost may put some off it was worth every penny. Excellent all round - quality, cleanliness, size of rooms, facilities
