The staff was very friendly and you could always bother them with any questions about the city and what to visit. We could also make reservation for certain attractions such as the Ciudad de las Ciencias. The quality and price of the hotel and the service. It was easy to access the centre of Valencia.all reviews
we got the room in a special deal, 70 euro a night for a 5 star, you can't go wrong !!. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpfull and the speakenglish!!!!!!!!!!. the staff was very friendly and the room was very big, great price for the room.Rooms were fabulous and well-equipped; we had 2 connecting rooms. It is very good! especially the stuff are very nice!. Large rooms, great view, nice spa facilities. value and location not in heart of valencia. everything I needed for the one night stay. Staff excellent, great value for money. staff very friendly all but one. the service was fantastic.restaurant was excellent. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and the whole experience was outstanding. The property still feels new and the gym/spa/pool facilities are top of class. The location of the hotel is ideal for a city like Valencia, not in the centre, therefore no noise and plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel, yet not too far from the old centre and beaches - well connected by the Underground.room was great. wonderful view. very good location. close to a big mall good for shopping. Wonderful service and support from staff and tremendous friendliness. Very large room and confortable, excellent spa. everything. confort. The staff were lovely. Location was good as very near to excellent transport links. Some nice bars in the local area.almost everything ! Hilton Valencia has an excellent service and the staff is very polite.on the outskirts but not a problem using purple tram line into city cenre only 15 mins. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and friendly.Good location for easy access into the city. Lovelly large room with excellent bathroom... and coffee maker.Even though out of the centre an easy bus trip away. The staff were really helpful and willing to assist when there was a problem.Excellent room.Room spacious and comfortable and hotel easy to reach by car.the city is nice, the hotel was o.k. i am satisfaied. The price. swimming pool ,sauna. a little bit situated out of the city center, but as Valencia is very small and public transport takes you from one place to another in no time, in the end the hotel was perfect.its a small bit out of the city , but its still easily accessed with two metro stations close by. also services (room service, breakfast, pay TV etc..) were a little pricey, but thats expected in a 5 star.No everything was perfect, very clean. Good location. the walls were very thin could here people in the next room. the location was little far from the center of town.a little far from the city had to use taxi but they were cheap. The location. The views were of the industrial area and not pretty. The hotel is apparently the tallest building in valencia, considering which, just three elevators are inadequate. There were often long wait times, especially during peak hours.Although negligible in amount, I thought it was a little paltry to charge residents for use of the leisure facilities.heating was set at a little cold. internet wireless service payed. Price of WLAN. Outrageous. Rip-off! Bad! Ended up using mobile phone. No tea/coffee making facilities. Always had to ask for extra tea and coffee, then realised that we had to pay for it. Usually it is ther all of the time.I called the reception to order a taxi for a specified time because I had to go to the hospital. After 15 minutes waiting, I went to the reception to ask why the taxi was not there and the answer was "I did not call, you have taxis over the street". Why did this women did not tell me this on the phone when I called her ??? Of course I came to late and I had to go back the next day ! Very bad !. Although we received a fair price on the room stay, I was not prepared for the prices of food and drink in the hotel. Cost min. 5€ for a soda drink - very expensive.Although the hotel restaurants were good and the dinner special was good value, there were no real alternatives in the local area.Service to the room did not take place til 6pm. Hotel was value for money but anything else you needed was sky high in price, i.e. internet, phone calls. It was also based in a not so nice area, even the staff didn't recommend that you go walking near the hotel even in the day.Room windows did not open. Housekeeping could be improved. Example, replaced one bath towe when room had two occupants. Shampoo and tea bags not replenished.the service in the rooms could be better.Too many things broken at the SPA. We were told that at 9pm it would the best time to have dinner, but when we went to the restaurant, they said: We're sorry, there is no more food. You can eat one of these 3 salads :-S. THe receptionists were not very serious.Paying for gym/jacuzzi.
