Helpfull staff.Very helpful staff and proximity to the metro. Service excelent. Food appalling. They advertise a pool which was closed. Some beautiful April days would would have been nice to lounge at the pool even if swimming unavailable, although pool was filled with water. The hotel should be more honest and post the pool open/closed dates.It is slightly overpriced.The pool was not cleaned, the wood around pool was broken. Pool not open during winter?, though we had 24 degrees daytime.The room was very hot and the air conditioning took a long time to cool it down. We couldn't get teh internet service in theg room to work. As we were only staying a couple of days, we didn't report it.Lack of proper staff supervision and attention to needs of guests.
