The bed and mattress were very comfortable. Staff gave us a larger room as we were travelling with two children. The welcome children and don’t charge them for breakfast like Tryp Azafata did. They know that’s not acceptable to charge 15 euros more for a child breakfast. The view was great. You can park you car around for free. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in providing tourist information and directions. Most all of the staff could speak some English. They had a US converter that we could check out which was very helpful because ours was not working. Close to metro station. Close to nice shopping mall.

No business center, only 2 computers and internet far too expensive,should be free.Not central to the city but it does have a metro stop so that makes it easier. Staff a little unattentive and abrupt at times. i think there shuld be some offers for muslim visitors especially meals. Because very poor menu for muslims. Since i booked online, i had to give my credit card details. On checking out of the hotel, I paid the bill in cash, but my credit card funds are still blocked. The hotel blocks the amount due as guarantee, however, on checking out, and paying everything in full in cash, I expect to have funds released immediately. too empty. not central. The fact that it is graded 5 stars and has no ironing facilities, or tea/coffee making facilities. Small rooms. No plan B when coffee machine breaks down at breakfast. For a 5star hotel no portarage offered, no welcome from receptionist, champagne and chocolates booked were not in room. they did'nt have enough sunchairs by the pool, the barstaff was not enogh educated about the drinks that I ordered from the menu.No Free WiFi Internet. its far from the beach and the city centre.... good for business but not for leisure travellers.Understaffed. No shade at swimming pool. Not enough sunbeds. Bar under stocked. Expensive internet facilities. Food wasn't that great (breakfast and dinners, in fact, I refused to pay for one of the meals it was that poor which is not a good reflection on a "4 star" hotel). The swimming pool really ought to be heated for cooler times of the year.The room was a lot smaller than I was expecting with fewer facilities than I would expect in the room of a five star hotel. Size of room for price. Breakfast and food was lousy...internet toooooooooo expensive. we really did not understand why this was a 5 star hotel. For us 3 stars would be the maximum. Sun beds wet and dirty .
