  The location is perfect - close to the beach and marina but all the attractions of the city are also on the hotel's doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff.   This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros! A superb breakfast is served on the 3rd floor ... what people say » where views of the beachfront/marina are lovely. - I loved the excellent view in the room.
