It was only a 7 minute walk from the train station, centrally located, staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. The rooms are really clean and the personal are very friendly.absolutely spotless good location would stay there again. location and price. Good location and helpful staff. Eaxy enough once you got oriented butinitialy hard to find. quality of breakfast poor for the price offered, very slow internet connection, bad sound insulation, we could hear people next door and in the corridor (it was not a real issue, but again we did not have noisy neighbours). We ordered a double room but got given two single beds which were pushed together....proved to be highly uncomfortable when sharing a bed with my other half. it is my only complaint but a strong one. Rooms should have information about matters concerning use of phone and facilities. The beds were extremely hard, but overall a very comfortable experience. The basin tap and the shower didnt work properly.Occassional sewer type smell in room. Would have liked to have been more centrally located. I was not familiar with the area and they have another hotel that would have been in a better location for me. I would not stay here again, but that is only due to the location which did not meet my needs. There is construction in the area so you have to walk a little extra to get to the hotel. bit of a smell to the air conditioning. The air-condition in one of the 4-bed rooms was out of order. The wooden corridor floors can be noisy when people are coming in late.we wanted a balcony and did not get one. very noisy, could hear everyone coming and going up and down the hallways.Credit Card payment was off line. Very uncomfortable beds, small rooms and very sketchy neighborhood.
