the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. -

The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well -

staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money

Friendly staff and hotel facilities - The Location of the Hotel was very good with just a short walk downhill to Fanebe Beach. The All Inclusive element was very good value considering the Euro/Pound exchange rate.
