  Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... what people say » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. If you stay here then you will be on the German side of the beach. Since I live in Germany, i was looking to "get away" for a lil bit but i guess everything else worked out.   The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything. Though not dinner buffet fans, the spread was so broad, tasty and moderately priced we had it 3 times. The whole facility is beautiful, and there's free nightly entertainment too.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again.   99% of the staff were really great. The apartments were really clean and had all that you need. They could do with updating but not too bad. Food and drink was reasonably priced. - the very helpful and pleasant staff, the cleanliness of the whole complex was good, would go again in future, and would recommend to friends.
