The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. Everything. Had a large room with a panoramic view of the bay. Breakfast buffet was the best we've had in years. Though not dinner buffet fans, the spread was so broad, tasty and moderately priced we had it 3 times. The whole facility is beautiful, and there's free nightly entertainment too.

All the staff were excellent from cleaners to reception hotel very clean,superior apt was great (rooms 301-311,201-211) lovely views,close to the beaches far enough away from the noisy end of palma nova.buffet food and breakfast were excellent value,would go again,many do. Excellent value for money! Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. There were several supermarkets near the hotel. We also liked very much kitchen that was fully equiped with everything we needed; so we cooked every day and had the best ever dinners on our terrace. The staff were very helpful. On arrival my room had a vile, sewerage type smell and the receptionist was apologetic and quick to give me another room, which had . There were activities to participate in if you wanted to and evening shows. We could not fault this hotel in any way. The staff were lovely and very professional, the pool and facilities perfect and our studio apartment was immaculate with a truly stunning sea view. We will definately be booking this hotel again. Location was great really quick and easy check in and check out room was always cleaned to a high standard everyday. Hotel generally was always clean. There was a lot of noise all through the night from water rushing through the pipes and also our room was under the main corridor from the reception which the sound of people running along the corridor at night time was very annoying. Nothing. This hotel was a delight to stay in. Only suggestion would be to skip the nearby overbuilt and overcrowded resort town of Magalluf. We passed thru for about 15 minutes, and that was more than sufficient. Two hob in kitchen limiting,a microwave would be nice but you can hire them from an outside company,(details at hotel)Entertainment limited but ideal for the clientel. Overpriced for the room facilities which was a sparse hotel room with a sink and hob rather than the expected apartment. No kettle. There is nothing to dislike. Some staff around pool were not very friendly at times wifi should be available around pool not just reception not enough space around pool very squashed in. Iron and ironing boards should be in every room. Nothing really except that again for older guests access and exit from pool was not easy and a few people suggested at both the walk out areas a proper handrail should be installed and I agree. Wi fi is free only in public zones. Lack of sockets in the rooms. The location relative to the beach is a little bit of a negative particularity for older customers. No dedicated facilities for those with late flights and wish to book out late. Some of us were in a studio apartment facing away from the coast which had no view and didn't get much sun. The bar closed sharp at midnight each night. Only complaint was that sound insulation between rooms was poor and some noises resounded quite loudly. Fortunately we did not have noisy neighbours. We didn't use the pool area but watched as people struggled to find a sunlounger if they hadn't got up before 7 to put towels down. I've stayed at hotels before where the staff have removed any towels where the owners have not arrived and I think it should be considered here. A lack of information on local trips/places of interest. rooms to rear not to good a view. need a bigger indoor pool. Nothing. stay wasn't quite long enough. Nothing. One of the reading lights above the bed was out. The most uncomfortable beds of any hotel I have ever stayed in!. main reason for booking this hotel was the gym which was rubbish. facilties in the apartment were very poor , only one english speaking tv channel , no facility to pay for satellite either. no toaster , no microwave , no kettle . indoor pool could only be accessed from inside hotel not from outside.smallest lift in the world. nitetime entertainment was 30 years out of date . outdoor pool was freezing .
