Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and
has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go
again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of
the very expensive port!!!

Right in the heart of the national park and next to the beach. Good value for money in the restaurant and bar. The pool setting was great. It was really clean and well looked after. Staff were all really friendly. -

It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. If you stay here then you will be on the German side of the beach. The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. -

Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. A lot of fun. -

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
