  Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board) at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends. Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet beach life than during summer season. The hotel has a majority of German speaking guests, but all English communication with reception and restauran - Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable.   We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. A very good start and as I had to return to the airport to collect the last one in our group we did not get into the hotel until after midnight. The bar was closed by this time but the barman kindly reopened so we could have a much needed dri... what people say » nk after our travels. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with good facilities and the food was fine. We stayed - Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away.
