All 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have a small balcony overlooking a lake or pool. They feature a spacious living-dining room equipped with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven or microwave and fridge.
There are several bars and restaurants within 15 minutes’ walk of the apartments. For groceries, guests will find a local supermarket just 350 metres away.
Hidropark water park is open in the summer months and is 10 minutes’ walk away. A bus to and from the marina and the old town stops 200 metres from Garden Lago during summer.
The apartment we stayed (223) in slept 6 people although there were only
3 of us. Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double
room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony. The
room was perfect for us with big double wardrobes (with extra bedding
and pillows inside), huge mirrors, I pod dock next to the bed and an
electric safe box (although there was a 2 Euro per day charge for the

We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and
washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances!

Almost all. The staff is very friendly, rooms and kitchen are well equipped. Since we hired a car the location was not a problem for us and the way to Plaja de Muro usually took 5-7 minutes depends on road traffic. The hotel have a lot of parking space around it. There is Eroski supermarket nearby which is not very pricey than Alcampo in Palma. We got a room for 6 persons instead the smaller one that was booked. We had a great stay!! When we arrived, there was a bottle of water and
thea and coffee. We had two fine bedrooms (in the master bedroom an
extra television!), a dishwasher and fully equiped kitchen, a large
living room en terrace, extra towels. We would like to go back
sometime....
The Garden Lago is fab. Apartment is clean, spacious, there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Staff are really nice.The pool is great, the sun loungers have cushions, so comfy. The resort is lovely. The beach is magnifiient. Overall a lovely place to go.
Of all the hotels I've stayed in, probably the best ever! The bed
was really comfy a huge, nice terrace outside, very big living room, it
is just outstanding for the price! Even the location is pretty good, I

Probably the best hotel in the world. We got a 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the lake and the pool. It is better than any 5 star hotel in the world. Definitely coming back again and recomending to a lot of friends.
I've never stayed in such a big hotel apartment. It had 3 rooms, balcony, kitchen with all the facilities.

The Garden Lago are a great set of apartments in a fab location. All units are air conditioined, the pool is great, the staff are very polite and courteous.
the appartment was very clean and very well appointed it has 2 new sony lcd tvs a 32 and a26 with a number of english tv channels bbc1and2 ,itv,ch4 etc.

It is my third visit in this hotel and I still appreciate the equipment
and the staff amability when everything goes right.

The hotel restaurant does not cater for vegetarians like ourselves,
unless you like microwave meals or plain pasta.
* wireless network was not working on last floor (have always been told that they are going to restart the routers, but it was more a distance problem to the access points) - we got the money back
* wireless network (29,90 eur per week) and safe rental (14 eur per week) too expensive.
Be prepared that overbooking can happen in high season because the hotel is very popular. In our case the hotel staff solved this problem perfectly and we were moved to the nice 4* Prinsotel la Dorada Apartments for 2 nights. Anyway when something goes wrong at your arrival, it can make you a little nervous.
Just a small thing: too bad the temperature of the water (of the
swimming pool) was just 12°c (in april).
They don't seem to clean up after their dogs!!.
Not much, except that the rooms have really thin walls so having noisy party enthusiasts as your neighbors might be a problem during a night.

The internet for the desktop computers is very expensive considering they are not well maintained and are very dusty (usb/Sd ports dont work) and they are very slow - so cheap and easy to upgrade them so I can't understand why?.
Intranet is expensive (~7 euro per day) and pure even for such money.
Location is for people who has car: on foot it takes about 30 min to
reach the beach. But if you have a car it is nothing.
Its a 20 minute walk to the fabulous white sanded beach of Alcudia. A nice stroll but little ones will find it tough.
location was a bit on the edge of resort but didnt mind as we had a hire car.
It is a bit smelly because of a lake opposite to the hotel. I suppose there are a lots of mosquitos when the temperatures get high.
They don't clean your room if you don't stay more than two nights (which is fine, but they should stipulate it at the check-in).
Restauraunt was pricy. Internet was pricy as was facility to print emails. 2 air-conditioning units on our balcony. As it was Easter these were not used but in the summer I would not like to be sitting on balcony when they are in use.

Sauna is too small and no room to cool down (i.e. a room outside in the fresh air). this is a must for a sauna to get the effect - otherwise it does not make sense to use it. Also foot bath is essential (hot and cold small basins).

It's just a detail, but the internet connection could be better they should change the provider.
Wi fi did not work in room, had to go to public areas to use, not worth
