Location (the clean and not so busy beach is in just 3 minutes to go, there are lots of restaurants near the apartments, 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Erosky) and bus station to Palma and Alcudia are close to the aparthotel) Bathroom was quite big and clean In apartments there is everything you need for living and cooking (excluding teapot, there is just a coffee-maker). Very value for money! Ask the staff to provide you the room with view in the garden, because there is very noisy if the room has .

Nice aprt. with a great locations. Friendly staff. In aprt. you can find everything you need. Exellent beach, a lot of products stores near the hotel. This is about as good as it gets for a budget accomodation. Clean and tidy and an excellent cafe underneath hotel called the normandia for food. Close to the nice beach, Lidl across the road, rooms cleaned 6 days per week. Big enough for 2 people. Balcony with table and chairs. Fridge. Helpfulness of staff; location near beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation; great value for money. proximity to the beach facilities available - studio appartment with all utensils available. You feel welcome and will like your stay. price, location and staff. The hotel really has everything you could need and at a low price. The rooms are well equipped and I loved having breakfast on the little balcony in the mornings. The hotel is in a good location with a supermarket just next door and close to the bus stop to go to palma etc. The beach is only a 2min stroll away. Excellent location! Close to the sea, not far away from old city Alcudia and from port of Alcudia with a lot of restaurants. Kitchen good equipped. Friendly staff. Good air condition. Staff. Pricy wi-fi (20 euros per week); Not free safe; Furniture in the room is quite old, some things need to be changed; the additional bad for the 3rd person is not comfortable. Air-conditioner is not very good, but for us it was enough. There is no dishwashing detergent ,dishcloth in the aprt. No sugar, no salt, pepper but its only my opinion because you can find a lot of cafes near the hotel. Sleeping was a bit cramped and a little uncomfortable but dont let this put you off. I will return to these appartments in the near future. Enough said. No free Wi-Fi (costs 15 for a week), safe is 20 EUR per week. nothing. staff attitude two single beds rather than a double. The man on reception in the afternoons/evenings was not very friendly and didnt give us accurate information about the buses and times etc. The location is good for a quiet holiday but the main resort at the port is a good 10min walk away-fine for us but families with small children might get tired of the walk. The shower was horrible, small and with a shower curtain that would easily stick to you and didnt stop the water going all over the floor. Was sometimes very noisy: you can hear neighbors baby crying in the middle of the night; cleaning lady's moving furniture very enthusiastic while cleaning. They change towels 1 time per 3 days not earlier even if you put it on the floor. Very old furniture and equipment, unconformable beds, too much noise. we couldn`t sleep properly during our stay.
