Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

  Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip, nicely away from that. The pool and surrounding area is blissful. You can easily laze there all day and people watch.The poolside food options are reasonable. Nikki beach gives off good vibe. Very beautiful and well designed, smiley people at front desk, excellent breakfasts, fantastic see-view and perfect location - very close to the beach and far enough from boozy street to keep it quite during night. There was a funny moment when we were chilling out in the outside lobby. It wasn't very warm yet during nights and we asked for some blanket/wrap.   Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). We got a superior room, it was quite specious with big balcony and side ocean view. Relaxi - Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas. One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

The food was amazing and the service relaxed and friendly - Really beautiful place mixing authencity and modernity.   Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! - Excellent service, really friendly staff, beautiful hotel.
