  Really nice hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend to anyone. very clean, very friendly, lovely rooms. nice pool area. Perfect location and not far from the main historical areas. The staff who are all from outside Spain, i.e. Argentina, Germany, Peru & Romania for example, are selected & employed for their skills, rather than just to fill a vacancy.   Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... what people say » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed.
