  Staff friendly and helpful. - it's a small hotel, we are not very fond of the big hotels with more than 200 rooms and this was a nice size. Also, it's easy to reach from the aerobus.

  This hotel was near the Metro, the main transportation, and was near to all the sites! The entire stay at the hotel was great! We would definitely stay there again if we went back. - the very nice and helpfull staff. The cleaning was very good it was always very clean and well done rooms!!!

  simple - no problems. clean and cool (air con) - Only room was acceptable. Other things were not good even bad: smoking in the restaurant during breakfast, personal did not speak any language bicides spanish and etc.

  A fantastic location - the balcony of our room looked straight out towards Pedraforca mountain - probably the best view I've ever had from any hotel room in which I've stayed. The staff were generally very helpful, for example, when we ran out of clean clothes they allowed us to use their washing machine and clothes line for free. Beautiful location, lovely facility, lovely, family-run hotel...the staff (i.e. the family) took care of us like royalty/family. The room had a fabulous view of the mountains. The food was elegant and the wine superb. They did their best to accommodate our poor spanish/catalon and we all had fun with the process. This was a real find for us and would recommend to anyone.

  The locality. It is perfect. It is by Plaza Catalunya-the heart of the city. I never needed to use the taxi. Everything was close by-Plaza Catalunya was a 5 min walk, the metro was a 5 min walk, the bus stop was a 5 step walk, Las Ramblas was a 10 min walk away. The rooms were 4 star quality. The bathroom was classy and huge and perfect. Breakfast ... what people say » was way tooo good.The hotel staff was the best! - This hotel has some of the most helpful staff I have encountered. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean , as is the whole hotel.
