  Great location, 3 blocks from Passieg de Gracia train station, 5 blocks from Las Ramblas. Very convenient for a flyin holiday. No need to rent a car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Their English was much better than my Spanish! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quaint. We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. The transfer to and from the airport was easy and cheap as the hotel is directly opposite a RENFE station. Hotel spotless with extremely friendly and helpful staff.   The Catalonia Avinyo's staff called us a day ahead, informing that Catalonia Avinyo was fully booked so we were changed to another hotel in the same network called "Catalonia Port" and I really recommend this hotel!! Very new, very clean, very comfortable!! and it's near the port and Columbus Monument. The modern decor make it very comfortable and chic. Also, it has an excellent location. Very near everything.   Wonderfull location, just off the Ramblas on a quiet street. The rooms are good sized and comfortably equipped. Did't have their breakfast. Had avery good stay. would definately recommend the hotel to friends and stay there again if will visit Barcelona in the future. - location and toiletries
