  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. The staff were also very... what people say » helpful. - Location is superb - many attractions (Batillio and Pedera) are within walking distance tube station is a 1 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.

  We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel for 5 nights in February 09. We stayed with our 2 children in a 'B2' Apartment - we found the rooms (sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette / separate bedroom / large bathroom) to be extremely comfortable and practical with nice decor. Bar was closed due to repairs, but hey, when you have lots of bar and restuarant on - we like that it was very close to the sea.. the staff was very friendly.. the rooms were very clean with a good view of the sea and very spacious.. about a 10 minute walk to the metro.. the area was very safe.. We would stay at this Hotel again.
