On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Great location within walking distance of all major sites yet the apartment was really quiet and spacious. Our upgrade to the top floor two bedroom apartment was an unexpected pleasure, especially the two huge outdoor terraces where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather. The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(. Very impressed with everything.
