  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We arrived early (8:30 am), Vinnie and Kristina at the front desk stored our luggage in a secure locked area, leaving us free to explore the sights until check-in.
