Everything. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh food. The staff were very helpful in giving information about the city. we used the spa and sauna which was very nice. - The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they recommended a place to eat nearby and we found it to be excellent.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style. Awesome airplane theme throughout the room and hotel. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of one of the main streets in Barcelona.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. During this time we changed 3 rooms. It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers. Even when we slept in, somebody remembered to come and clean our room in the evening and they had spare adapters for UK and Irish plugs at the front desk. - very effiecient staff. wonderful room, great access

rooms. Location!!! Its on a quiet street just a few hundred yards from
La Ramblas. It was a beautiful hotel right in the center of everything.
The finishings were beautiful with a luxurious feel in the common areas
as well as in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were
quiet. Nice big towels and very nice large bath sheets. Out of the 5
hotels we stayed at in Spain, this was our favorite.

This was the second time we stayed here and we will be staying there again in the Fall. Liked the bunk beds for the kids even though the ladder was a little hard to climb for my son.

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side
street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed
wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and
recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and
attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and
about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We
didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold)
but it did look tiny.
