This was the second time we stayed here and we will be staying there again in the Fall. Liked the bunk beds for the kids even though the ladder was a little hard to climb for my son. Location is amazing and super close to Las Rambles, the market and tons of food options. Clean rooms. Charming and ever gracious hosts at reception always with a smile and a recommendation on where to go to and how to get there! Even with a queue of inquiring guests, they were ready to help! Laptop in each room a plus!.

If you are coming with a baby and a trolly, not possible to stay ayt the "Garden" without an elevator. Beds not very comfortable and very little bedding We had family room with bunk beds, the top bunk had no side so far too dangerous for a child to sleep on which was a shame. We did book an apartment for 6 and none of the pictures or the description said anything about 1 bed being the sofa in the living room. Once opened, the 6 of us couldn't use the sofa and the kitchen living room became to small . No tea and coffee in room. No mirror in bedroom (only bathroom). My room had no ventillation and windows. The staff were very unwelcoming. They needed to cheer up a bit. Got to the hotel at 10am, were asked to come back at 3pm for check in. We came back to the hotel to find our room was still not ready, and we did not get into the room until 4pm. We were only there for Friday and Saturday, so they had wasted our time. Especially when I requested an earlier check in due to flight times. cheap design pretending to be 'designer cool' ,an Ikea hotel, 3 star NEVER 4 star, no tea/coffee in-room facilities, no bar, no restaurant, so how it qualifies for 4 star rating?. Room too hot. No heart. High tech concept pointless. small room bad smell not good for family bad staff too expens many other 4stars hotel around. Facilities very very poor. The room was like a hostel. For 500 Euro per night I felt extremely ripped off. It should be more like 150 euro per nigh. Going to to room was like walking through a run down slum. Accommodation was totally misrepresented on the website and reception staff were unhelpful and no interest in dealing with complaint and no management staff available.
