The locality. It is perfect. It is by Plaza Catalunya-the heart of the city. I never needed to use the taxi. Everything was close by-Plaza Catalunya was a 5 min walk, the metro was a 5 min walk, the bus stop was a 5 step walk, Las Ramblas was a 10 min walk away. The rooms were 4 star quality. Booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary & it didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing making excellent restaurant recommendations with directions & reservations all taken care of as well as providing useful info & tips on the area.
We were able to check in early and were very impressed with the room. Spotlessly clean, spacious and the best shower I've used in a hotel! No outside noise at all & dark curtains meant a good sleep every night.
Location was barely a 5 min
